The Role:

 

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible both for driving campaigns and keeping our clients in the know. You’ll be a nimble strategiser, a creative problem-solver and a proactive communicator. You’ll ensure that we’re delivering coordinated work that’s bang-on strategy, keeping in close communication with both the wider team and the brilliant businesses who hire us.

The digital marketing package we offer, currently known as PICNIC Plans, focus primarily on content marketing (SEO-optimised blogs), technical SEO, local SEO, keyword research, social retargeting campaigns and ad copywriting. A good understanding of most of these areas is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients and projects with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ensuring deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to clients’ specifications
  • Building trust and rapport with our clients, taking the lead on social and search for weekly calls and monthly meetings where necessary
  • Planning creative briefs for blog content, from ideation to implementation based on SEO keyword research.
  • Producing monthly insights, analytics reports and commentary for clients
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with all parties
  • Monitoring and optimising Facebook ads and Google search ads

Your Skills And Experience:

  • 1+ years in digital marketing or marketing communications, ideally with B2B and/or tech sector companies
  • Experience as a client-facing Paid Social/Paid Search Account roles
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology, with hands-on experience of Google Ads/paid social platforms like Facebook and TikToK ideally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on SEO and copywriting experience is a bonus
  • Experience with relevant software, including Surfer SEO, Shopify, Jasper and Canva is a plus.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Some Specifics:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Hours: from 16 hours per week
  • Salary between £21-25k Pro Rata
  • Location: Remote.
  • Contract: Full time or part time, permanent
