Utilise it as much as you can, and ask as many questions as you can, it is how you can grow quicker.

Share your wins and challenges too – this not only helps you keep on track but it motivates others and helps drive people forward collectively and builds camaraderie.

The Roku Academy, like a classroom, is designed for learning, sharing, supporting and collaboration. We’re all in the community to learn to be better entrepreneurs, advertisers, leaders and marketers, to better serve our customers, our people and our companies.

Train the algorithm

The more you post and interact in the group, the more Facebook will reward you with relevant posts from the group. But it’s also worth checking in the group 2-3 times a week to see if you’ve missed anything valuable, and to change notifications to ‘all’ at the top of the group to not miss anything.

There are no stupid questions

Don’t be shy, if you have a question don’t be afraid to ask. If you are thinking about it, someone else probably is too. Use the search tab on the top right of Facebook to search first and if there is no answer there ask away!

No d##khead rule

Anyone seen to be harassing, bullying or belittling anyone in the group will be removed immediately. This is a safe space for collaboration and growth and anyone who breaks this understanding will be removed from the group and course.

We of course encourage collaboration, but anyone soliciting their services or their snake oil solutions to growth will be shown the door also.

Likewise, anyone sharing, sharing login info, our repurposing Roku Academy IP will be removed and legal action may be taken against them.
